SaddleBloom™ Return & Refund Policy


At SaddleBloom™, each piece is carefully handmade and part of small-batch or made-to-order production. Because of this, our return policy is limited.


Returns

We do not accept general returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final once an order is placed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


To request a resolution, include:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue

 


If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Handmade Variations

All SaddleBloom™ products are handmade, which means slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects and are part of the uniqueness of each item.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

 


Shipping Issues

SaddleBloom™ is not responsible for:

 

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs

 


If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.


Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved:

 

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

 


Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your dispute being challenged and restriction from future purchases.
