SaddleBloom™ Shipping Policy


At SaddleBloom™, each item is handmade and produced in small batches or made-to-order. Because of this, shipping times may be longer than standard retail.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 5–12 business days. During high demand or custom order periods, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are:

 

  • United States: 10–25 business days

  • International: 15–35 business days

 


These are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery times.


Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

Many SaddleBloom™ products are crafted after your order is placed. This ensures quality and uniqueness, but may increase fulfillment time.


Delays

Shipping times may be affected by:

 

  • High order volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

 


SaddleBloom™ is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. SaddleBloom™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. SaddleBloom™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.


If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we will review the situation.
